Hello and welcome to our GO! We are a US based group but we can also ship internationally.Here is some info on getting you started and joining a group order with us. ALL ABOARD!

How to Order

Orders for things such as dolls, clothing, and accessories will be made through GOMdrop. Each Twitter post will have a link to place your order and calculate your first payment.There will be 3 payments:
🔹Payment for the item
🔹EMS Shipping
🔹Domestic Shipping
🌏EMS shipping will be evenly split between the total number of "passangers", or it will be split fairly amongst the passengers of the GO. Split Fairly Example: if you ordered larger items (bags, multiple dolls, etc) your price will be more than someone with a couple of outfits. Evenly splits will only happen if ems ends up extremely expensive for the majority of the passengers even if they only bought a few small items.EMS Shipping Price includes:
EMS fee (from China to us)
Security fee $0.50-$2 (Insures that the parcel will be shipped on time even if other passengers don't pay their ems)
🌎Domestic shipping is calculated exactly to your address, using a shipping label.Most of these items are available through pre-order only. Some items may take up to 6 months or even a year. Please be patient.Messages asking on an update of a certain doll will be ignored. We will update our Twitter with info as we receive it. All status updates are posted on our Trello. We send out tweets once items are ready to ship and payment is needed.

1. Fill out the form
linked (through GOMdrop) in the Twitter post of the item(s).
2. Send your 1st payment
The first payment includes the cost of the item, transaction fees, and shipping to the CN address.
Please pay via PayPal AS FRIENDS AND FAMILY ONLY. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order.
In the PayPal note section, please write your name & the name of the item(s) you have ordered.If you would like to pay by Goods & Services please message us on Twitter for a new quote with fees.3. Confirmation Email
After you have placed an order through GOMdrop and sent payment, you should receive aN email within a week confirming your order and payment.
If you don’t receive one, please contact us on Twitter or through email.
4. Be patient Some dolls and accessories may take up to a year to produce. These items have to arrive at our address in China first and then at our US address.5. 2nd Payment
You will receive an email requesting payment for EMS and Domestic shipping. You will have ONE WEEK to pay this invoice or your order will be canceled and your items will not be shipped. If you can’t pay the payment within one week, contact us BEFORE the week ends.
6. 3rd Payment
You will receive an email requesting payment for Domestic Shipping. All items will be shipped with insurance to ensure that you receive your items or have some protection if you don’t. You must pay by the listed deadline or notify us that you'll be paying late before the deadline. If you do not pay by the deadline, your order will be canceled and your items won't be shipped.
7. Items Shipped
A tracking number will be provided once your 2nd payment has been confirmed. If the item gets lost in transit, we will contact USPS for you to see what they can do about that since all packages are insured.

9. Stock Sale
We will sell any dolls that weren’t paid for during the allotted times ^^. These sales occur after dolls have been shipped and received by our US buyers.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following our terms of service as stated in our Carrd/Trello:Once your order has been placed, you can not remove or change the quantity of items. If you would like to add items before the close date, you will have to place a new order.
You can not change your order, nor can you cancel it once it has been placed. Once the forms are closed and/or I have given you a quote, you have 24 hours to pay. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban from future GOs with us.
Our team is comprised of 2 volunteers, and this service is a labor of love. We put a lot of time and effort into this (for free), and we will not tolerate our time being wasted. Disrespectful members will not be tolerated.Failure to pay either the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd payment by their specified deadlines, will result in the forfeiture of your items and they will be sold as leftovers in future posts.No refunds after your order has been placed, unless it is canceled by the seller/sold out. You must be serious when placing an order with us.When the GO is placed, it will take some time to arrive at the proxy. Please be patient!


Refunds

Refunds will only be given if production is canceled and the money has been returned to us.We are not responsible if the maker turns out to be a scammer. At that point, the money will be gone and we cannot get it back.Refunds will not be sent out if you miss a payment deadline.No backing out of a group order once you have placed it.If you accidentally send us too much money or pay full price for a doll when you already paid for the deposit, then we will send you back your money.All of our socials are linked below. Currently Sapphire Train is run by:Tenpura (She/They)- Social Media Manager. I open and close orders, run our Twitter/Trello, send out emails, and handle shipping.
